Today I am thankful for my friends.
I am so thankful for the friendships that have walked the path of life with me. Some have been there from early on. They are the friends I can call at any moment and pick up where we left off. They are "old" friends who's friendship never gets old.
I am thankful for my family friends--those who I call family but get to call friends. I never knew how special and unique each family friend would be.
I am thankful for my "new" friends, who may have walked into my life at a later time but seem to have always been there. I am thankful for their companionship and the sweet joys they bring. Whether it was book club, supper club, or being a mom together that brought us together, I am thankful for God's timing of them in my life.
I am thankful for my friends who are like sisters. They know me (even my faults) and love me. They keep me accountable and pray with me. They are genuine in their words and are fiercely loyal.
I am thankful for my best friend, Scott, and that God would know my personality well to gather around me a diverse group of friends.
